2024 Series of Yuan gong 8 week Workshops Workshop 1 Establishing Our Inner Anchor

Learn Yuan Qigong as a tool to calm, regulate and sooth the nervous system. Practices that energize the body and bring a heightened attunement to your lifeforce (Qi) . Building daily practice that helps to anchor and ground , unifying all aspects of self - Body, consciousness, Qi, Heart - bringing ourselves home to the present moment. Unification as a life practice to anchor and build trust within ourselves and the world.

Workshop 2 Embrace Yourself

Learning to regulate and transform emotions with the heart. The main focus of these sessions will be strengthening the heart. We will introduce more sitting practices to work on the heart qualities and resourcing our capacity to embrace ourselves and our lives. Investigate what blockages exist in acceptance and embracing ourselves and what is manifesting in our daily lives.

Workshop 3 Cultivating Presence

By Expanding the heart to embrace all that is happening around us everything becomes our teacher. The main focus of these sessions will be the transforming the patterns of the consciousness. Learning about the fundamental patterns of Human Consciousness and how to identify these within ourselves in a compassionate way. Learn about a process and meditation practice that can help us transform the patterns to create more peace, harmony and resolution in our lives allowing us to change our resonance.
